In the golden autumn , full of achievements , the 2024 Education Fund Distribution Ceremony of Xinyi Group was held grandly at the Shenzhen Industrial Park on November 1st. We gathered together to celebrate this memorable moment and offered the sincerest blessings to the diligent staff's children who are pursuing their dreams with passion for learning.

In a warm atmosphere at the ceremony，Mr. Lee Shing Kan, Executive Director and Vice President of Xinyi Glass，delivered a speech on the stage. He said that Xinyi group always adheres to the concept of "people-oriented, education first", caring for employees with excellent corporate culture, attaching great importance to the education of employees' children, and caring the health and growth of the next generation. The Xinyi Education Fund is not only the company's encouragement for employees to nurture their children into talents, but also a demonstration of our respect for education and knowledge.In 2024, the Xinyi Education Fund benefited 713 children of employees, including 25 students from 985 universities and 66 students from 211 universities, with a disbursement amount of RMB 2.85 million. From 2017 to 2024, the Xinyi Education Fund cumulatively assisted 3,466 children of employees, with a total disbursement of RMB 13.86 million in education funds. With the continuous care of Xinyi Group, batches of Xinyi's children have entered their ideal universities and taken up jobs, which has not only enhanced the sense of belonging and accomplishment of the employees,but also improved the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise.
